Sasha Green

RYT-200 Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sound Healer

Sasha Green (she/her) creates soothing yoga, meditation, and sound healing experiences that cultivate internal peace, raise vibrational energy, and help you connect with your body's inherent wisdom and inner voice. She supports those who are seeking relief from life’s difficulties by fostering a space for healing through stillness, presence, and self-discovery.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, Sasha worked in the education, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial support space, and had burnt out several times in her career. She found herself giving more than she was receiving, and lacking in the tools needed to feel sustained in her work.

Becoming a yoga teacher and doing sound healing helps her to heal trauma, regulate her nervous system, and shed old belief systems that hold her back from living a fulfilled life.

Everyone should have access to resources that result in positive shifts in wellbeing.

Through sharing yoga, meditation, and sound healing in the wellness and corporate space, Sasha has the tools to guide and empower you to a place of authentic freedom.

I create sound healing spaces that invite deep rest and reconnection with the body, mind, and spirit. By guiding participants to slow down and attune to their inner world, we create space for nervous system regulation, emotional reset, and a felt sense of peace — an antidote to burnout.

Sessions are designed to foster a sense of belonging and shared humanity. Through intentional soundscapes and guided reflection, I encourage participants to release isolation, open to vulnerability, and build authentic connection with themselves and each other.
