Under the light of the Full Moon, join us to explore balance in our relationships and within ourselves through a multi-instrument sound journey.

Through guided reflection, gentle movement, and a restorative sound bath, we’ll gently examine where we may be overextending, withholding, people-pleasing, or craving deeper mutuality.

You’ll be immersed in the resonant tones of 432 hz crystal singing bowls, koshi + flow chimes, an ocean wave drum, and a gong - a soundscape designed to support release, regulation, and deep rest.

This offering is open to anyone seeking deeper self-awareness, emotional clarity, and a more grounded sense of balance in their lives. No prior astrology knowledge is required — just an open heart.
